How do I join Daf HaYomi B'Halacha?
You can join Daf HaYomi B’Halacha by just learning the daily Halacha limud of Mishnah Berurah according to the calendar which you can access here. To become a Daf HaYomi B’Halacha member and receive our mailings- email daf-hayomi-behalacha@dirshunj.org or call 888-5-Dirshu to request an application. You can also join a local Daf HaYomi B’Halacha shiur. Live shiurim are available in cities throughout the world. Find the shiur that is closest to you. You can also listen to recorded shiurim here.
How does one keep track of the Daf HaYomi B’Halacha schedule?
A free pocket calendar, which lists the daily limud by date, is available. You can view the calendar here. To receive one, call 888-5-Dirshu or email daf-hayomi-behalacha@dirshunj.org.
What does the “daily limud” cover?
The program consists of learning a daily page of Mishnah Berurah, a page of “Biurim Umusafim” (found in the Dirshu Mishnah Berurah) – featuring present-day halachic practices from today’s leading Rabbonim, as well as a segment of Mussar from Sifrei Chofetz Chaim.
Are there any days set aside for review?
Sure. Sunday-Thursday consists of new material. Friday and Shabbos are earmarked for review of the limud of the preceding 5 days.
How long is an average shiur?
About 30 minutes a day.
If I learn Daf HaYomi B’Halacha, must I take the tests?
No. Tests are voluntary. They are given once a month, usually on a Sunday. For a listing of the testing sites, click here.
If I miss my shiur, are other shiurim available?
Yes. Click here to hear or view recorded shiurim. You can also follow shiurim by calling Kol Haloshon.

Are there any other materials to help me?
Yes. The program features a daily email, which discusses that day’s limud, as well as a monthly bulletin, which covers interesting topics related to that month’s learning.
